Responsibiliies

  • Fulfill orders for customers on various websites.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Data entry of client information.
  • Electronic filing and retrieval of documents.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Research and analysis of legal documents.
  • Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately.

Qualification

  • High school diploma OR GED; some college a plus, particularly in Finance or Business, with a minimun of one year of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of legal system.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills, MS Office.
