Job Position: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Duties: Manage warehouse operation procedures. Recommend and implement term and annual section plans, budgets and targets to support business objectives. Manage staff in the development of plans that optimize operation output. Lead equipment maintenance team to troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance for the warehouse equipment. Source and purchase the required parts, equipment or services. Manage contract team’s onsite operations including hot works, Aerial work, and other similar duties.
Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, or closely related field plus one (1) year of work experience as an Operations Specialist, Logistics Analyst, Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or closely related. Specific experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience managing onsite warehousing projects. Must have strong analytical and data manipulation skills including advanced skills in Excel and Access as evidenced by one (1) year of experience. Minimum of one (1) year experience with web-based Order Management System (OMS) or similar, to execute transportation management activities. Must have one (1) year experience utilizing analytic software such as Tableau and X-mind, and one (1) year working with measurement work and performance management programs, conveyor design and optimization, large project management, and warehouse systems.
