2.Strengthen delivery services in remote areas: Pay special attention to the delivery challenges in remote areas of the US. Based on on-site understanding of road conditions, transportation capacity, and collaborative resources, Fayyaad Liu guided the team to optimize routing planning strategies and local cooperation mechanisms to improve service coverage and timeliness stability in these key areas

3.Transparency and control of timeliness: Emphasize the importance of visibility of information throughout the entire process. By optimizing existing systems and operating specifications, ensure that the key node information of the status of goods from warehousing to delivery can be more accurately and timely fed back to customers and internal control systems, and improve the predictability of timeliness and process tracking capabilities.

4.Last-mile Delivery Experience: Fayyaad Liu became a frontline courier and personally participated in the last-mile delivery process, directly understanding the customer's concerns and potential pain points when receiving large shipments. Based on this, the notification mechanism before delivery, professional operations during the delivery process (such as item placement), and flexible appointment arrangements have been strengthened, aiming to provide customers with a smoother and more respectful delivery experience.
